Estimation, specifications and the programme are developed around the agreed drawings and site conditions. Consultant, contractor and owner responsibilities should be clear before site work starts.

The agreed engagement can include contractor and vendor coordination, procurement planning, site supervision, quality checks, progress review and handover documentation. Changes to scope, specifications or programme are reviewed with you as work progresses.
