For occupied homes, agree access, work areas, protection, shutdowns and phasing before the work begins. The quotation and schedule depend on the inspected condition and selected materials.

Water ingress, dampness, cracks and failing finishes need an assessment before a treatment is selected. We coordinate waterproofing and specialist repairs, with the proposed method, preparation and applicable warranty terms documented in the agreed scope.

A visual visit cannot reveal every concealed defect. Further investigation or structural advice may be necessary before repairs or modifications proceed.
