One brief, an agreed scope
We begin with how the space will be used, your priorities, budget and existing drawings. Space planning and specialist design inputs are coordinated as needed, followed by specifications, material selection and a practical execution plan.
The proposal identifies who is responsible for design, drawings, procurement and execution. Specialist joinery, furniture, visualisation or styling is included only where specifically agreed.
Execution for your design
If you already work with an architect or interior designer, Uyara can discuss an execution-only engagement. We review the drawings and site conditions, clarify quantities and specifications, and coordinate the trades needed to deliver the approved design.
- Civil alterations and preparation, where required.
- Coordination of electrical, plumbing, lighting and other specified services.
- Finishes, joinery and vendor installation under the agreed scope.
- Site progress review, quality checks and final snag closure.
Decisions before procurement
Confirm samples, specifications, quantities and lead times before placing orders. Substitutions or design changes are reviewed for their effect on cost and programme.
Where interior work involves substantial repairs or changes to the building, we coordinate it with the renovation plan. Structural changes require suitable professional review.
