Privacy policy

The enquiry form requires your name, email address, phone number, service of interest and message. We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry. You may also provide a project location and approximate budget. These two optional fields help us understand your requirements; you do not need to provide them to send an enquiry.

Please avoid sending identity documents, title deeds, financial account details, access codes or other sensitive information through this form.

We use your details to respond, understand your requirements and follow up on the project or service you have asked about. A project engagement may require additional information under separate arrangements.

Submitting an enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing. We do not sell enquiry details.

The website and enquiry form use Netlify. Form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms and may be delivered to the business email inbox as notifications. Netlify and our email provider process information as service providers; their infrastructure may be outside India.

Enquiries are intended for the Uyara team handling the request, not for publication. Hosting and email systems may also process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention.

If you appoint Uyara for construction monitoring, property management, rental coordination, collections, buying, selling or renovation, the working records may include property photographs, site observations, reports, contractor or tenant contact details, authorised payment records and instructions you provide.

A live construction camera, where agreed, uses a separate secure viewing service. Access is limited to authorised users under the project arrangement. Camera placement is planned around the work area and site requirements; the public website does not host the live stream.

Keys, access codes, identity documents, title records, tenant information and banking details must be shared only through the secure process agreed after the initial enquiry—not through the public website form.

This website does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Fonts and site images are hosted with the site. Hosting and security services may still process technical data as described above.

Choosing a WhatsApp or email link opens another service or application. Information you share there is handled under that provider’s terms and privacy practices as well as our handling of the enquiry.

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, maintain relevant business records or meet applicable obligations. You may ask us to review or delete an enquiry that is no longer needed.

To ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact projects@uyaraventures.com. We may need to verify the request before making changes; some records may need to be retained where an obligation applies.
